Your unique employee rewards page will show you a complete list of all of the rewards you’ve ever received during your employment at Multi-Comm. Why is it asking for my credit card number?

This is a standard question in the checkout process that can’t be removed, but don’t worry, once you input the Gift Code to your reward and click “Apply”, the credit card fields will disappear. You will never have to enter your credit card number to redeem your reward, and you will never be charged through our website.

Can I use more than one gift code on an item?

Absolutely! You can use as many gift codes on an item as you wish. You can even use part of a reward toward an item and still have the rest left over for another item at a later time. The gift codes work just like a gift card and you can check the balance of each gift code on your unique employee rewards page.

what if i don’t have enough rewards dollars for an item?

No problem! You can simply keep racking up the rewards dollars and redeem your gift codes for the item of your dreams when you reach the amount of the item.

how can i earn rewards?

You can earn rewards from your supervisor or management staff by simply going above and beyond at work. Your supervisors will nominate the employees that stood out to them every month! We also send out rewards on your birthday and your work anniversary. The longer you’re with Multi-Comm, the more rewards dollars you receive for anniversaries.

Why is it asking me to make an account?

The first time you redeem a reward through the checkout process, it will ask you to make an account. This is completely up to you as all it does is store your address so that you don’t have to put it in next time. We need your address in case you choose a reward that has to be shipped to you. You can always change your address on our website by going to the “My Account” link on the rewards page, or simply changing it manually on the checkout screen.

is the my account password the same as the rewards page password?

Unfortunately not. The rewards page is something we created internally so our employees could keep track of their rewards privately. The website does not manage those passwords, we do. The “My Account” password is separate and as stated above, only for saving your address in the system for future reward redemptions. Luckily, you can simply save each password on your computer so that you don’t have to remember too many.
